What data we process

We collect personal data when you sign up for a trial class or an event, submit an inquiry for private training or corporate courses, or contact us by e-mail: name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number and the details of your message. We use this data exclusively to answer your inquiry and organise the training.

Forms and e-mail delivery

Form submissions are processed via Cloudflare Pages Functions and forwarded to us directly by e-mail. No form data is stored permanently on the web server. For e-mail delivery and our mailboxes we use services provided by Google (Gmail and Google Workspace).

To protect against spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile checks whether a request comes from a human and processes technical information from your browser (e.g. IP address, browser characteristics). The provider is Cloudflare, Inc.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.). When you visit the website, technical data is generated (e.g. IP address, date and time, pages visited) that is required to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks.

No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies for marketing or tracking and does not use any analytics services that create visitor profiles.

To measure reach we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. The service works without cookies and does not create personal profiles; it only records aggregated usage figures (e.g. pages visited, referrer, browser type). The provider is Cloudflare, Inc.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfil your inquiry (e.g. technical service providers as described in this policy) or required by law. Requests with the location St. Gallen are forwarded for processing to our IKMF partner SI VIS PACEM GmbH, which runs that location.

Retention period

We handle your inquiries by e-mail and keep them only as long as necessary for processing and any follow-up questions.

Your rights

You have the right to information about the data processed about you, as well as to correction or deletion. To do so, contact info@kravmaga-ikmf.ch.

Our website links to external services (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Google Maps). The respective providers are responsible for their own data processing.
