Do I need previous experience or a certain fitness level?
No. All classes are open to beginners, and technique and intensity are adapted to your level. No previous martial arts experience is needed.
What should I wear?
Comfortable sportswear and clean indoor shoes. That is all you need to get started – your instructor will explain everything else in class.
